Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).

Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.

Check Cashing Policy
Personal checks are not accepted. Travelers checks are accepted, with valid identification. Other conditions may apply.

Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are available on request for a daily fee. Please contact the hotel for your extra bed request. A baby cot is available by request in every room category; please request the baby cot in the Special Request section when booking your reservation. This hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with baby cots. Guests must bring their own.

Family Plan Policy
Children under the age of 12 stay free in existing bedding in the guest rooms.

Transportation Policy
As of October 1, 2008, the Munich city center hasbeen established as a low emission zone and can only be accessed by cars displaying environmental badges on the front of the car. By law, cars not displaying this badge may be fined. High-emission vehicles are no longer allowed to drive in the city center. The hotel is outside the Environmental Zone (Green Zone). Every vehicle entering an Environmental Zone - no matter whether registered in Germany or another country - now needs to display an Environmental Badge. Foreign visitors can now obtain environmental badges for their cars and trucks online.

Pet Policy
Small dogs allowed.

Smoking Policy
due to the Non-Smokers' Protection Act, smoking is banned in all public areas. This ban includes smoking in the lobby, bar, and restaurants. Smoking is allowed in designated guest rooms. Please contact the hotel for further information.
